Remuneration and Eligibility Committee
It reports to the Board of Directors and has the purpose of assisting that Board in establishing the Officers Compensation Policy and the Appointment and Succession Policy of Banco do Brasil.
It is composed of five effective members with the necessary qualification and experience to independently evaluate the issues associated to the Officer’s compensation, appointment and
succession rules of the Bank. At least one of the members of the Committee shall not be a member of the Board of Directors or of the Executive Board (Bylaws, article 34, caput, §2 nd and §3 rd ).
Under the provisions of Law 13.303/16, the Remuneration Committee assumed the responsibility for matters related to the eligibility of the management bodies’ members, reinforcing BB’s commitment to the quality and transparency in the process of choosing the members of the Board of Directors, its advisory committees and the Board of Officers.
