We guarantee that the minority shareholders, in addition to the voting rights in the General Meeting’s deliberations, have the right to participate in a public offering for the acquisition of
shares as well as the right to sell their shares to the controlling shareholder in the case of going private or withdrawal from Novo Mercado (B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão). The conditions related to this subject can be found in the Bank’s Bylaws (articles 10, 55 and 58).
