Board of Officers
Collegial body made up by the President and the Vice-Presidents, whose decisions obligate the entire Executive Board.
The Steering Committee is responsible, among others, for proposing and implementing the Bank’s policies, corporate strategy, investment plan, master plan, and general budget; approve and enforce the market plan and the work agreement; decide on the internal organization of the Bank, the administrative structure of the boards and other units; distribute and apply the profits calculated, as determined by the Shareholders’ Meeting or by the Board of Directors, in compliance with the legislation in force.

| Tarciana Medeiros has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and post-graduate degrees in Administration, Business and Marketing and in Leadership, Innovation and Management. She has been an employee of Banco do Brasil for over 20 years. In 2021, she held the position of Executive Manager in the Retail Business Office (SME and Individuals), responsible for customer relationship cycles. In 2019, she became an executive in the Loans Solutions for Individuals Office. In 2018, she assumed the Commercial Executive Superintendence of BB Seguros. In 2017, she was qualified by BB’s Professional Ascension Program for Executives and between 2015 and 2017, she led the Commercial Superintendence of BB Seguros, where she developed strategic business models. | ||

From 2019 to 2021, she served as the Director of Administration and Finance at Cassi. At Banco do Brasil from 2012 to 2019, she held the position of Executive Manager in the People Management Directorate in the areas of Professional Advancement, Ethics, Discipline, and Ombudsman, serving as the coordinator of the Gender Equality Program for 5 years and participating in various actions and discussions on the topic in Brazil and abroad. The Gender and Race Equality work was awarded in Brazil and recognized by UN Women. | ||

| Career employee at Banco do Brasil for 30 years, since 1992. She holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP/SP) and MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) of Rio de Janeiro. At BB, she was responsible for the company’s retail customer strategy, including CRM, segmentation and relationship models for Individuals and SMEs, in addition to the development, execution and management of products, partnerships in the loyalty segment and commercial strategy. She managed physical channels, proprietary and correspondants network, and digital channels. In 2017, she was appointed Retail Business Officer (for Individuals and SMEs), working in this area until her retirement in 2022. In the last five years, she has been serving as member of the Board of Directors of BB afilliated companies for payments – Elo Serviços, loyalty – Livelo and consortiums – BB Consórcios. | ||

| Chief Government Business and Corporate Sustainability Officer. José Ricardo Sasseron has had a distinguished career at Banco do Brasil, where he served for over 30 years. He holds a degree in History from the University of São Paulo (USP). He served as Director at Previ (Pension Fund of Banco do Brasil Employees) from 2006 to 2012, and held the position of Deliberative Counselor of the organization from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Mr. Sasseron served as Administration Counselor of Vale from 2008 to 2012, and of Fras-le from 2013 to 2017. He was a member of the National Council of Supplementary Pension (CNPC) from 2011 to 2014, and served as President of the National Association of Pension Fund Participants and Beneficiaries of Self-Management Health Plans (AVAPAR) from 2001 to 2010. | ||

He served as Vice President of Bank of America in Brazil from 2015 to 2022, responsible for M&A, Debt and Equity markets, and was Director of Participation at Previ from 2010 to 2015. While at Banco do Brasil, he served as General Manager of Investor Relations from 1999 to 2010, and was awarded as the Best Investor Relations Professional by IR Magazine. Prior to that, he worked in the areas of Finance, Capital Markets, Strategy, and Marketing. Board of Executive Officers
The Board of Executive Officers is the committee responsible for the Bank administration, and is made up by President, the Vice-Presidents and the Executive Officers.
The Board of Executive Officers is responsible for meeting and enforcing the Bylaws, the resolutions of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the Board of Directors and performing the duties defined by the Board, always observing the principles of good banking technique and good corporate governance practices.
Each of its members is also responsible for fulfilling and enforcing the collegiate decisions of the Steering Committee and of the Board of Executive Officers itself.

Since 2019, he has been Executive Manager in the Credit Department, where he has served since 2002, having held various functions, including being responsible for credit strategies for individuals and SMEs and for conducting the strategic project to adapt the BB Conglomerate to the General Law of Data Protection – LGPD, in addition to having experience in topics related to risk management and business development. He has an executive degree from Insper and a degree for Board Members and Corporate Governance from IBGC. He was qualified by the BB Executive Ascension Program in 2019. Since 2021 he has been the Midwest Retail Superintendent. At BB, he also served as Retail Superintendent Ceará, Commercial Superintendent Companies São Paulo Capital and Commercial Superintendent Companies Minas Gerais. He held several management positions in the branch network and tactical area in the Corporate, Individuals and Agribusiness markets. He is currently member from the Deliberative Board of Sebrae Goiás and from the Constitutional Fund for Financing the Midwest.

Qualified by the BB Executive Ascension Program in 2017, she held the position of executive manager of the Human Resources and Culture Management Office from May 2019 to April 2023, being responsible for the management of Ethics and Internal Ombudsman; Disciplinary Control; Labor Negotiation and Relationship with Unions; Prevention, Conciliation and Mitigation of Labor Risk. Between January 2020 and April 2023, she acted as BB’s negotiator with Union Entities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management and an Executive MBA in Financial Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
