Executive Board
The Executive Board is the collegiate body responsible for managing Banco do Brasil. It is made up of the Bank’s CEO and up to nine Vice-Presidents, who form the Board of Officers, and twenty-seven Directors.

| Tarciana Medeiros has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and post-graduate degrees in Administration, Business and Marketing and in Leadership, Innovation and Management. She has been an employee of Banco do Brasil for over 20 years. In 2021, she held the position of Executive Manager in the Retail Business Office (SME and Individuals), responsible for customer relationship cycles. In 2019, she became an executive in the Loans Solutions for Individuals Office. In 2018, she assumed the Commercial Executive Superintendence of BB Seguros. In 2017, she was qualified by BB’s Professional Ascension Program for Executives and between 2015 and 2017, she led the Commercial Superintendence of BB Seguros, where she developed strategic business models. | ||

| Chief Corporate Officer. Ana Cristina Rosa Garcia was a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 27 years, retiring in 2021. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Brasília (UnB), with a specialization in Human Resources Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). From 2019 to 2021, she served as the Director of Administration and Finance at Cassi. At Banco do Brasil from 2012 to 2019, she held the position of Executive Manager in the People Management Directorate in the areas of Professional Advancement, Ethics, Discipline, and Ombudsman, serving as the coordinator of the Gender Equality Program for 5 years and participating in various actions and discussions on the topic in Brazil and abroad. The Gender and Race Equality work was awarded in Brazil and recognized by UN Women. | ||

| Career employee at Banco do Brasil for 30 years, since 1992. She holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP/SP) and MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) of Rio de Janeiro. At BB, she was responsible for the company’s retail customer strategy, including CRM, segmentation and relationship models for Individuals and SMEs, in addition to the development, execution and management of products, partnerships in the loyalty segment and commercial strategy. She managed physical channels, proprietary and correspondants network, and digital channels. In 2017, she was appointed Retail Business Officer (for Individuals and SMEs), working in this area until her retirement in 2022. In the last five years, she has been serving as member of the Board of Directors of BB afilliated companies for payments – Elo Serviços, loyalty – Livelo and consortiums – BB Consórcios. | ||

| CRO – Chief Risk Officer, responsible for Credit, Risks, Compliance, Institutional and Cyber Security, Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). Graduated in Law from the Law School of Varginha (FADIVA), he has a specialization in Finance from the University of Brasília (UNB) and an MBA in Credit Risk Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). A career employee for over 22 years, he served in the Branch Network, Minas Gerais Superintendence, Agribusiness Office and International Office. He held various roles in the Credit Department from 2008 to 2022 as Analyst, Solutions Manager, Executive Manager and Credit Officer. He participated in Advisory Committees at Banco Votorantim (2017-2019) and on the Board of Directors at Banco Digio (2020-2022). He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of BB Administradora de Consórcios S.A., Member of the Board of Directors of BBAG (Austria) and Member of the Supervisory Board of Cielo S.A. | ||

| Chief Wholesale Officer. A career employee of BB for 25 years, he has worked as Corporate and Investment Banking Officer, Financial and Capital Markets Officer, Head of the Private Bank Unit, Executive in the Southeast Distribution Board and Retail Super in São Paulo. He has a degree in Economics, an MBA in Finance and Private Banking, a post-graduate degree from BB’s Executive Development Program and the Executive Education Program at the University of Chicago. He holds the CCA+ IBGC Certificate for Board Members. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBS BB, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Previ and a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Votorantim. | ||

| Chief Government Business and Corporate Sustainability Officer. José Ricardo Sasseron has had a distinguished career at Banco do Brasil, where he served for over 30 years. He holds a degree in History from the University of São Paulo (USP). He served as Director at Previ (Pension Fund of Banco do Brasil Employees) from 2006 to 2012, and held the position of Deliberative Counselor of the organization from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Mr. Sasseron served as Administration Counselor of Vale from 2008 to 2012, and of Fras-le from 2013 to 2017. He was a member of the National Council of Supplementary Pension (CNPC) from 2011 to 2014, and served as President of the National Association of Pension Fund Participants and Beneficiaries of Self-Management Health Plans (AVAPAR) from 2001 to 2010. | ||

| Chief Agribusiness and Family Farming Officer. He was a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 36 years (from 1981 to 2017). He holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from PUC-MG and an Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC and an MBA in International Business from FIPECAFI/USP. He has Executive Education – AMP-Advanced Management Program by IESE – Business School. Since 2021, he has held the position of Director of Cooperforte. From 2009 to 2017, he was Commercial Director at Brasilveículos Cia de Seguros and, at Grupo Segurador Banco do Brasil and Mapfre, was Director and General Director of Risks, Actuarial, Internal Controls, Governance and Legal. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, he held the position of Credit Officer at BB. | ||

| Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Marco Geovanne Tobias da Silva was a career employee of Banco do Brasil, having served for 23 years from 1987 to 2010. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB), an MBA in Marketing from COPPEAD, and a master’s degree in Business from Ibmec. He served as Vice President of Bank of America in Brazil from 2015 to 2022, responsible for M&A, Debt and Equity markets, and was Director of Participation at Previ from 2010 to 2015. While at Banco do Brasil, he served as General Manager of Investor Relations from 1999 to 2010, and was awarded as the Best Investor Relations Professional by IR Magazine. Prior to that, he worked in the areas of Finance, Capital Markets, Strategy, and Marketing. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Neoenergia from 2011 to 2015 and as a member of the Board of Vale from 2011 to 2015. | ||

| Chief Information Officer. She has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for over 20 years. She holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), an MBA in Software Engineering and IT Governance and a graduate degree in Business Management. She has training for Executives from Insper and training for Board of Directors’ members and Corporate Governance from IBGC. She is Head of App Development at the Technology Division since 2021, where she previously held several positions. She is also Cassi’s Supervisory Board member. | ||
